Hills, what hills? Today’s total – 124 miles. Matt arrived safely in Hancock, Md. He rode through rainy, wet conditions but soldiered on. Way to go Matt!

Matt met Rodney D along his journey today. Rodney is 84 years old and currently fighting cancer for the third time. His son, Micah, was a member of the Wounded Warriors – due to a car bomb overseas in the war, Micah used 2 prosthetic legs. Sadly, Micah passed away from a heart attack a few years later… We would like to thank Rodney for sharing his story, his son and his spirit. Keep fighting!
